Data Deletion Instructions
This document is published in English only; the English text is the binding version.
Nikolina Sinners — nikolinasinners.com.
Version 1.1 — Published 4 September 2026 (v1.0: 1 September 2026).
This page explains how to request that AI Innovation Labs delete personal data it holds about you in connection with Nikolina Sinners — including data collected through direct messages to official Instagram, Facebook, or X accounts, or through email.
How to request deletion
Step 1 — Email your request. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
Step 2 — Tell us what to delete. Include: (a) the platform where you interacted with us (Instagram, Facebook, X, or email), (b) the username or email address associated with that interaction, and (c) confirmation that you want your data deleted.
Step 3 — We confirm and act. We will acknowledge your request and complete the deletion within 15 business days, consistent with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012's timeline for data-subject requests (extendable by 8 more business days with notice, per Art. 15, if the request is complex).
What gets deleted
- Any message history and contact information we hold from your direct messages or emails to us.
- Any internal record linking your account identifier to those messages.
What we cannot delete on your behalf
We do not control your account or message history on Instagram, Facebook, X, or Fanvue themselves — those platforms retain their own copies under their own policies. To remove your data from a platform directly, use that platform's own account-deletion or data-request tools:
- Instagram / Facebook: Meta's Accounts Center data settings.
- X: X's account settings, "Download an archive of your data" / deactivation.
- Fanvue: Fanvue's own account settings or support channel.
Legal basis
This process implements the deletion right described in our Privacy Policy under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data), Article 8. If you are contacting us from a jurisdiction with its own data-protection law (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), the same request channel applies.
