Refunds & billing
Who bills you, and who refunds you
Short version: Fanvue does both. Here is the long version.
nikolinasinners.com sells nothing and never asks for a card. Every subscription, renewal and charge you see comes from Fanvue, under Fanvue's terms and refund policy. I can see that you subscribed; I cannot see your card, and I cannot move your money.
Cancelling
Open Fanvue → your subscriptions → Nikolina Sinners → cancel. You keep access until the period you already paid for ends. Nobody on my side needs to approve it, and I won't ask why. Much.
Asking for a refund
- Contact Fanvue support from inside your account and quote the charge date and amount.
- Fanvue applies its refund policy — typically no refunds for content already delivered, case-by-case for duplicate or erroneous charges.
- Tell me as well, via the contact page with topic “Billing or refund”. I will acknowledge within 15 business days and raise it with Fanvue from the creator side.
What I can and cannot do
I can
- Confirm whether a charge matches a real subscription to me.
- Escalate a duplicate or erroneous charge to Fanvue on your behalf.
- Delete the data you sent me, on request.
I cannot
- Issue, approve or deny a refund — only Fanvue holds your payment.
- See your card details or your Fanvue account.
- Refund content that was already viewed or downloaded.
Chargebacks
Please contact Fanvue and me before opening a dispute with your bank. Disputes on legitimate, delivered subscriptions are contested with the delivery records, and a lost dispute usually closes the platform account that opened it.
